How to delete your account
Updated September 30, 2026.
You can delete your Uníssono account yourself, without anyone's approval and without talking to support. This page explains where the option is, what is erased and what remains.
In the app
- Open Uníssono on your phone.
- Tap More.
- Tap Profile.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm with your password, or, if you sign in with Google, Apple or Meta, by typing the confirmation word the screen shows.
In the browser
- Go to https://app.unissonoapp.com and sign in.
- Open More → Profile.
- Click Delete account and confirm the same way.
If you cannot sign in
Write to contato@unissonoapp.com from your registered email address asking for deletion. We will confirm your identity before erasing anything, that check is what stops someone from deleting another person's account.
What happens
Immediately: the account is deactivated, every session ends on every device, notifications stop and you leave the ministries you belonged to.
After 7 days: name, email, password, phone, date of birth, profile photo and social login links are permanently erased. We keep no copy.
Those 7 days are the grace window. Within it, write to contato@unissonoapp.com and we undo it. After that, there is no recovery, by design.
What remains
| What | Why |
|---|---|
| The ministry's schedule history, without your name | The schedule records what happened; your participation becomes an unidentified row |
| Repertoire, announcements and messages you created inside a ministry | The content belongs to the ministry, not to your account |
| Application access logs | Mandatory retention for 6 months (Internet Civil Framework, art. 15) |
If you want a specific piece of content gone too, delete it before deleting your account, afterwards you will no longer have access to the ministry to do it.
Other rights
Access, correction, portability and the other guarantees of LGPD art. 18 are described in the Privacy Policy. To exercise them, write to contato@unissonoapp.com.
