Terms of Use
Effective September 30, 2026.
These Terms govern the use of Uníssono, the iOS and Android app, the site https://unissonoapp.com and the web app at https://app.unissonoapp.com, offered by EVERTON DE OLIVEIRA MUNIZ LTDA (CNPJ nº 61.350.987/0001-69), located at Rua Guanabara, 194, Lote 07, Quadra 10, São Jorge, Pinheiral/RJ, CEP 27197-000.
By creating an account you declare that you have read and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any condition, do not use the product, but if it is only a question, write to contato@unissonoapp.com: we are glad to answer.
1. What Uníssono is
A tool for organising ministries: service and rehearsal schedules, musical repertoire, roles, announcements, chat and attendance confirmation. We provide the tool; the content belongs to whoever creates it.
In this document, "ministry" is the workspace created inside the product; "administrator" is whoever runs it; "member" is whoever takes part; and "content" is everything you or your ministry put in, songs, lyrics, chord charts, attachments, schedules, announcements and messages.
2. Who may use it
- You must be 18 or older and have full legal capacity to hold an account.
- People under 18 may only use Uníssono assisted or represented by a parent, guardian or legal representative, who accepts these Terms on their behalf and is responsible for that use.
- One person, one account. Sign-up data must be truthful and kept up to date.
- The same account takes part in as many ministries as you want.
3. Your account
You are responsible for your password and for everything that happens in your account. Do not share access. If you suspect misuse, change your password, sign out of connected devices and tell contato@unissonoapp.com.
You can sign out of a specific device or delete your account at any time, inside the product, see how to delete your account.
4. Ministries: whoever creates one answers for it
Whoever creates a ministry administers it: invites people, defines roles, publishes schedules and decides what is recorded there. That comes with real responsibilities:
- Third-party data. By recording another person's name, phone or photo, the administrator declares having that person's authorisation and answers for that use.
- Ministry content. What is published in announcements, chat and repertoire is the responsibility of whoever publishes it and of the ministry hosting it.
- Members leaving. Whoever leaves a ministry stops seeing its content. Schedule history remains, because it records what actually happened.
5. Plans and payment
While Uníssono is in its early stage, use is free. When paid plans exist:
- Conditions, limits and prices will be announced in advance, inside the product.
- No charge happens without your express subscription.
- Subscriptions purchased inside the apps are processed by the App Store or Google Play, and cancellation and refunds follow the rules of the store where the purchase was made, we have no access to your payment details.
- Our stated intention is to charge for the number of people, not the number of ministries.
6. Your content stays yours
You keep all rights over the content you put into Uníssono. We acquire no ownership over your lyrics, your chord chart, your arrangement, your recording or your text.
So that we can operate the service, you grant us a free, non-exclusive, limited and revocable licence to store, reproduce, transmit and display that content, solely to deliver it to you and to the people in your ministry, generate thumbnails and previews, and make backups. The licence ends when you delete the content or close your account, except for backup copies that expire in the normal cycle and for legal retention duties.
What this licence does not allow: publishing your content outside your ministry, selling it, licensing it to third parties, using it in advertising, or adding it to Uníssono's shared catalog.
6.1 Lyrics, chord charts and third-party works
This is the part that deserves attention, because it is where people most often err by accident.
By adding lyrics, a chord chart, sheet music, audio, video or an image, you declare that you own the rights to that content, or that you have a licence or authorisation to use it that way, including making it available to the people in your ministry.
- We are an application provider under the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework (Law 12,965/2014). We do not create, review or have any way of vetting the content you add in advance: your ministry's space is private, and monitoring it would be technically unfeasible and undesirable.
- We therefore presume that you add only free, own or licensed content, and that it infringes no copyright, neighbouring right, image, voice, name or trademark right of third parties.
- If a rights holder reaches out claiming infringement, we follow the Copyright and Content Removal Policy. You will be told and may respond.
- Public performance licensing is the church's, not ours. Singing or performing a work in a service may require its own licence from ECAD, from the rights holder or from a church music licensing service. Uníssono organises the repertoire; it does not license performance.
6.2 Uníssono's song catalog
The product keeps its own song catalog, used to pre-fill repertoire entries with information such as key, tempo, duration and cover art, and, when available, lyrics and chord charts. About it:
- Catalog content comes from third-party sources that authorised this use or from free data, always recording provenance and attributing the source.
- From what ministries register, the catalog takes only track metadata, such as key and tempo. Your ministry's lyrics, chord charts, arrangements, notes and attachments are not incorporated into the catalog nor shared with other ministries.
- Any rights holder may request removal of a work from the catalog through the copyright policy's procedure, and the removal also applies to future ingestions of the same work.
7. Acceptable use
By using Uníssono, you agree not to:
- add illegal content, content that infringes third-party rights, or that promotes hate, violence, harassment or discrimination;
- use the product to send spam, chain messages or unsolicited communication;
- attempt to access accounts, ministries or data that are not yours;
- probe, attack or overload the infrastructure, circumvent usage limits, or automate access without written authorisation;
- copy, scrape or bulk-extract the product's content, including the song catalog;
- reverse engineer, decompile or resell the service;
- use Uníssono's brand, name or symbol in a way that suggests a sponsorship or connection that does not exist.
8. Reporting content
Inside the product, any member can report a chat message or a person in the ministry, by choosing a reason and optionally describing what happened. Reports go to our team, not to the ministry's administrator, who may be the very person being reported.
Along with the report we store a snapshot of the content as it was at that moment: without it, the report would stop making sense as soon as the content was deleted.
We review every report and may, depending on the case, remove the content, warn, suspend or terminate the account (section 12). We do not promise an individual answer to each report, and mass or bad-faith reporting is itself unacceptable use.
Copyright complaints have their own channel and deadlines, described in the Copyright Policy.
Ministry administrators can still delete messages, clear the conversation history and remove people from the team, the group's own moderation tools.
9. Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep Uníssono up, especially on Sundays, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. There may be maintenance, third-party outages or failures. Features may change, be born or be discontinued; when a change is material and works against you, we will give advance notice inside the product.
The app depends on a connection for most operations. Some screens keep working without a network, with what has already been downloaded to the device; that is a convenience declared on each screen, not a guarantee of offline operation.
10. Communications
By creating an account, you accept the communications necessary to the service: email verification, password recovery, notices about schedules you were assigned to, your ministry's announcements and chat messages. Device notifications can be turned off in system settings, and WhatsApp messages inside the product, at any time.
11. Our intellectual property
The software, the Uníssono name, the tuning-fork symbol, the visual identity, the texts and the documentation are ours or licensed to us, protected by Laws 9,610/1998 and 9,279/1996. These Terms transfer none of those rights to you, only the right to use the product while the relationship lasts.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, creates a security risk to other people or breaks the law, with prior notice and a chance to correct whenever possible, and immediately when the risk is serious. In those cases you may still request your data through the LGPD art. 18 channel.
You may end the relationship at any time by deleting your account.
13. Warranties and liability
Uníssono is provided as is. We do our best for it to be correct and available, but we do not guarantee it will meet every expectation or run without faults.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost opportunity or for content added by users. Nothing here removes the rights the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code grants you, nor our liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
Keep your own copies of what matters. We keep backups for operational safety, but they do not replace your own care with your ministry's repertoire.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms. A material change is announced inside the product at least 15 days in advance; continuing to use it afterwards means accepting the new version. If you disagree, you can delete your account.
15. Languages
This document exists in Portuguese, English and Spanish. In case of divergence between versions, the Brazilian Portuguese version prevails.
16. Governing law and venue
Brazilian law applies. The courts of Pinheiral/RJ are elected to settle any disputes, without prejudice to a consumer's right to sue in their own domicile.
